Martin Grossman brings more than 20 years of experience as a writer, business executive, and marketing and public relations consultant to Rubicon Global Group. As an ad agency VP and creative director and the principal of his own public relations firm, he has created, produced, placed and published video and A-V presentations, TV spots, case histories, newsletters, brochures, ad copy, and press releases. His efforts have increased revenues and/or readership for dozens of satisfied clients. Grossman has also ghostwritten several books, including Lightspeed Business, published by John Wiley and Sons in 2001 and Getting it Right the First Time, a book on how innovative companies anticipate trends, for Silicon Valley consultants John Katsaros and Peter Christy, published by the Greenwood Press in 2005.

His accomplishments in business and the arts have been widely recognized with several awards and grants. These include the Ohio State Award for excellence in Educational, Informational and Public Affairs Broadcasting (a national honor, despite its name), six Addys and special merit awards in annual competitions sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report, the Kirsch Leadership Award, and the Upjohn Healthcare Services Baton. He has also received an American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters grant, a P.E.N. grant, and several Michigan Council for the Arts writing, editing, and video grants.
