Mr. Teagarden is an experienced senior level executive and specializes in global, high-growth and turnaround situations including the strategies, business drivers and transformation required for effective operations, management and executive decision-making in these environments. This experience has been gained across international locations on four continents and a broad range of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, mutual fund, pharmaceuticals, real estate, semiconductor, and technology industries. He has experience with both highly-regulated domestic US industries and international regulatory environments. Mr. Teagarden has 15 years experience as a CxO and over 25 years experience in technology management and consulting roles
Mr. Teagarden has acted as a senior executive at three dramatically successful high-growth, multi-billion dollar businesses: ProLogis, Navigant International and Janus. These companies have grown both organically and through significant mergers and acquisitions while at the same time requiring significant business transformation needs. Mr. Teagarden is currently President and COO of Lucid Holdings, a Cognitive ComputingTM technology company focused on semiconductor and energy industries, and a Senior Global Technology Advisor with Rubicon Global Group.
Mr Teagarden has also served on numerous boards of directors and international advisory boards including Lucid, Aqua Software, SLINGZ and Realcomm. He has moderated and keynoted several conferences including Network World IT Roadmap and Realcomm and has been quoted in numerous information technology publications, including CIO Insight, CIO magazine, InformationWeek, Computerworld, and InternetWeek, as well as in various industry-specific publications. Mr. Teagarden was a researcher at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratories and is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
